I just left Chick-fil-A very disappointed. I went through the drive thru at 7:00 p.m. I was greeted by a young lady that I can... tell was new but she was very polite and I was patient with my order. I ordered a #2, she asked what kind of cheese, I said notthe deluxe just regular spicy, no cheese. I also ordered an additional spicy sandwich and some other items. I got my food andstarted to drive off when I noticed I didn't have my second spicy chicken sandwich. I parked and went in and was greeted by anice young man. I informed him I was missing a spicy chicken sandwich. He informed his lead or supervisor and she said I neededa receipt. I pay with the mobile app and normally decline the receipt. I informed him and he got the itemized ticket stuck onthe bag and showed it to her. He came back to me and said I'd have to wait. I waited, and waited, and waited until they wherefinished with basically the entire drive thru. The guy in the blue shirt looked at me and commented that I'd been waiting for awhile. I just nodded with disappointment and 20 minutes later I received my sandwich. The rest of my food was cold and had to bemicrowaved once I got home. 10min drive took 45min to just get what is supposed to be "fast" food. It is 8:20 now. Great location!! The staff is always super nice, and the line moves relatively quickly no matter how long it is. They rarely... make any mistakes with our orders. The food is always hot and fresh! Read more

It's disappointing that placing app orders aren't ready like other restaurants. Instead, you're placed in line behind all walk... up/drive thru orders at arrival. For all the good things chick fil a is known for, they fail with the app and online orderingprocess horrendously. They do refund your money for failures but I shouldn't place an order (10 minutes in advance) and stillhave to wait another 5-10 minutes after arriving. The order should be in a cubby to pick up. Give a wait time in the app and saywhen the order will be ready instead. If you have time of time to kill waiting, sure this is your place. If you need fast foodthen consider another location in the area. Read more

This location can NOT handle its business. After observing today it is definitely a leadership issue. When one of the young... emoyees has to yell to management that there is a full drive thru line and when he finally makes an appearance he stands andplays on his phone first before he makes any effort to help expedite the line. I know staffing is hard but it will be a biggerproblem soon if poor leadership continues. Read more

Family is in town for a football game so we stopped in to grab dinner. Several employees walked past us without acknowledging... our presence at the register. No one else was in line. The employees were too busy asking each other which mobile Payment appthey would use to reimburse someone dropping off Starbucks. Utterly ridiculous. Worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had. I will always go to this location. Today someone could not pay for their food so the the cashier & manager made sure that the... person left fed. Furthermore, they were kind, compassionate, and treated the customer with dignity. They were very discreet andtreated the customer no differently than they would any other customer. Thank you so much for treating customers, regardless ofsocio-economic status or circumstances, with kindness and a smile! 1. What's the point of having 2 lanes if you'll never use them? 2. By far the slowest fastfood joint in town (McDonald's is... faster) 3. Sad to see $14 an hour go to waste on a store run by children 4. These kids don't know what customer means,especially BRYANT in drive-thru. Didn't get as much as a thank you. 5. Let's have some proper management run drive thru.Shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for 3 small milkshakes (didn't even have whipped cream or cherries) UPDATE: Changed from 1 to3 stars, very friendly staff recently and speed has improved. Still some issues with quality at times as shown. Read more
