Wasn't very good. Drive thru line was long time getting through. Get up to window and waited at least 5 minutes there to pay and... get my sandwich. Only to find out that my food was sitting there and it was cold. I only got a chicken sandwich and coke. Thiswas at second window. The last time I stopped there l got a cheeseburger. The bun was so stale and hard l had to throw it out.It wasn't hot either. Read more
This is the McDonald's on Country Club Drive Newark Ohio. Union Street is closer to me but they are awful I will never go to... them again. I have given them multiple chances and they are just terrible. The one on 30th Street and Country Club are the best. Read more
This place never gets an order right and the food is just not good. Hamburger dry and cold hard fries.
I wish I could give zero stars to this restaurant I have never been in a restaurant where the managers and the general managers... are so rude I don’t know how they have stayed in business. If you can go to any other McDonald’s but this one it isabsolutely horrifying and I don’t want anybody else to go through what me and my family went through with these people. I havenever been in a place where everyone is so disrespectful and unwilling to help and or be helpful. So far we have had to sit here while our food got cold because they missed an entire 10 piece McNugget meal when they rang is up... (inside) yet the person who ordered it got the cup and the dipping sauce that came with her meal? We had to wait on our quarterpounders to come out, too, while the fries have continued to sit here and get cold. Meanwhile the manager got snotty when weexplained what happened, and she gave us a 4 piece "even though you didn't order it." Read more
