We were very impressed with the whole staff at Brand X Saloon this evening. Our young waitress was going 100 mph. She was fast,... efficient, and friendly. Then we found out she wasn't even supposed to work tonight. Which would have given her more reasonsto have an attitude like so many people now days have. But she smiled the whole time we were there. The other person we werevery impressed with was the young man in the kitchen. He was the only one back there. He was cooking up a storm for everyoneseated in the restaurant! And again, was cooking with a great attitude! These two kids are a prime example of what Americaused to be! The adults working were great also.
