Check your drink before you leave the store. Too bad I was in a hurry. I got a white chocolate mocha. With no mocha. No time... to go back. There?s a flight to catch. This has got to be the poorest run Starbucks I have ever been to. It takes about 10 minutes for every 2-3 people to get served... making it impossible to get a coffee in the morning unless you are at least an hour eary for your flight. Read more

worst experience in a starbucks ever. i order and iced drink and told the worker several times i wanted it iced. they call out... my name and it?s a hot drink i politely told them i asked for cold not hot, the barista yelled at me and told me it wasn?t icedbecause that?s not what the slip said. i told her i asked for iced several time and it was not what i ordered. she startsfighting with the other worker telling her to ring in the drinks correctly. at this point it was 20 minutes later and me and myfreinds were still waiting for our food. we were waiting in the front where u pick up ur drinks and the other barista who wastalking the whole entire time doing absolutely nothing as the other barista was struggling to make the drinks comes over to usand screams ?y?all gotta problem?. me and my friends were speechless since we have been nothing but nice and patient to thesebaristas the whole time they have been giving poor service. then she finally walks over and puts our food in and hands it to usrudely. i work in customer service but i would never talk to someone the way these workers have talked to us. here?s a tip don?twork in customer service if u don?t like talking to people or have the basic decency to be polite. i strongly recommend u steerclear or this place becuase i am honestly disgusted Read more

Great service, but the wait is 30+ minutes, so be aware. I travel a lot for work and this is pretty normal for airports. One of... the best experiences I had at a Starbucks like this was when they had a barista walking the line and taking orders/payments on ahandheld machine as people waited. Sped things up considerably. I highly recommend this Starbucks adopts this method. Anyway,despite the wait, these workers are doing a fantastic job. Read more

I go to Starbucks daily, usually twice a day. This was hands down the worst service I have ever gotten. The employees wer... chatting with one another while I was waiting 27 minutes for a frappachino. If someone had greeted us and let us know they havethe drink order, they were working on it- I get it. I have worked in food service for years. I get what it's like to be busy.But instead, the employees were talking, laughing and taking their time making drinks. Everyone there had a flight to catch. 27minutes for 1 drink is a bit long , especially when no one even let us know what was going on. I don't usually give bad reviewsbecause I understand, it's hard right now to find good employees but the service we recieved here was truly disappointing,coming from a loyal Starbucks customer.
