I only ever go inside to order/eat and the food has always been good, fast and correct. It's just me, and my orders are simple... though...so there's that. I see many complaints are about the drive-thru, and I'd *highly* suggest just parking and going insideto order, especially when using app; it moves much quicker. On another note, the younger employees seem to do a lot of goofingoff. They are also unfriendly/rude for most part. There was a teen male (long hair) that called my number and passed me my foodtoday (around 2:00 p.m. on 10/16). Absolutely disappointed in the quality of the food and the very very long wait time the food was cold nuggets and fries and the... worse part besides the wait the fries were extremely and I kid you not they where very very salty you couldn't even eat youwould grab a fry and had tons of salt in your fingers and to top things off the sprite was watered down. Waited more than 30minutes and I couldn't return the food because they had already closed. Sausage muffin this morning. The outside was burnt. No way the person working didn't see this. The inside even worse. I didn't... see it until I left was didn't have time to return. Remodel ruined this location. Building looks nice but it's not practical for the amount of staff. Their is no more self serve... fountain machine meaning you have to flag someone for a refill which takes forever. They also added the 3rd drive thru windowthat is the land of forgotten customers. 3 times I've been sent there and the last time waited almost 20 minutes, 13 cars wentpast before we got an order of 2 mcdoubles and a fry.....it's like that all the time. I usually only go to this one for breakfast but I can say the morning staff here is super amazing!! The manager/managers are... amazing and for as busy as they are in the mornings they kill it and are always pretty happy and sociable and that's a lot morethan I can say for damn near any McDonald's!! So if you ever go here and see a super long line for the drive thru in the morningdon't worry it goes pretty quick. I experienced a concern regarding food safety, so I called this restaurant. I simply asked who the franchisee was, and the 2... managers who answered the phone acted like I insulted them. When I was on hold, on manager made a dishonest claim I called themretarded for asking that questions, which I absolutely did not. I was told the owners name was confidential, then I was told 2different names for the owner. Then I was told they didnt know who the owner was. I was sold raw hamburger and I wanted toaddress this issue. But after 2 phone calls, I'm....confused. I instead will be calling the NKY health authorities. Becausethese employees seems extraordinarily incompotent. Second time. This has to.stop before someone gets sick. Read more
