I used to love coming here. Then I saw them microwaving my chicken every single time for a slider chicken tender cut in half..... Then started ordering roast beef, cheap half sliced beef. Then ordered a full chicken sandwich to see it old chicken warmed upin microwave again. If I pay 10 bucks for a meal I expect fresh food. I worked fast food for years. I know when chicken has beenin a warming drawer for 3 or 4 hours.. No thanks. I won't be back again. Sorry. Manager nice but seen way to many new people.They must pay nothing. 3 out of 10 food. Friendly staff, horrible food.Did not even look feel or taste like roast beef.
Today I go in at 830pm drive thru closed. Np went to see hours of operation. Sign says drive thru closes at 830 and inside... closes at 10pm. I was denied service inside as well.... Last chance. No more money from me. Not to mention there was 4 workersin attendance. Seriously? If this was one of mine, I would have fired them all on the spot. What gives? 7:51pm and lobby isclosed. I tried the smokehouse brisket sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised at how much meat there was. Their roast beef sandwiches have... less and less meat over the years, so the brisket sandwich surprised me. The edges of the meat were just a little dry, but itwasn't so bad to not enjoy my lunch.
