It's always a must try, when a restaurant has something spicy to offer. Today I ordered Diablo BBQ Loaded Fries, and they didn't... disappoint. Diablo BBQ sauce has a smoky, sweet, fiery flavor, diced jalapenos, and crinkle fries hit the spot. Got me sweating.Ate it with no drink as suggested. Great product and fast drive thru experience. I work here but they deserve this review. I ordered food here on Saturday night. I waited what seemed like forever in the drive... through. The food was cold. The kids working were playing along with the night shift supervisor. They acted like getting myorder was a huge inconvenience for them. They seemed to want to socialize than work. I just went in the lobby and ordered to go. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes, with no greeting, no ?I?ll be right... with you?, nothing. As I waited for my order, what appeared to be two off duty employees were behind the counter with theirdrinks socializing, which I consider unprofessional. Then a group of young people dressed for what looked like a prom orsomething came in and all the employees were at the counter visiting with them. All the while, my order still wasn?t completed. When I did get it, I asked for Arby?s sauce and was told they were out of the packets. They directed me to the pump over atthe soda station. I finally asked if they wanted me to just take the pump with me, considering my order was to go. I askedfor something to pump some sauce into, and was reluctantly handed two condiment cups with sauce in them. It just didn?t sitwell with me from beginning to end. This is the second time in a month I've ordered in the drive thru and got home with incorrect items and cold food. I live less... than a mile from the store so food should still be hot! Arby's was awesome when they first opened and still are great during theday!! Service and product in the evening is another story...not good!!! Read more
This Arby's is always one of our favorite eat stops when we are in the area. Food is hot, fresh and employees always serve top... notch food. Roast beef cheddar and curly fries are the best! We definitely recommend this location for a delicious lunch! Read more
I love the Arbys Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich! Just ordered it in the drive thru and to my surprise- not a single chunk of... chicken in the whole sandwich. Lots of grapes, lots of apple chunks, no chicken and no pecans. Already 5 miles down the roadand no time to turn around for a refund. Read more

Got meat mountain, Diablo chicken,4 roast beef sandwich for no milk shake everything was cold had to go back for Diablo chicken... so needless to say I will not be going back to eat there it made me sick for 2days Read more
