First order was great. But it's been downhill ever since. The subs are slapped together, they forget my chocolate cookie almost... Everytime, as well as napkins. You think a 10$ tip for driving 3 miles to my house would make sure that didn't happen. But itdoesn't. Hopefully they hire better people. Read more
Edit: The below still applies, but once I cooled down I was able to enjoy my sub and it tasted great! 2 stars back on for the... good sub. #1 When I got home they had made one of our regular sized subs significantly smaller than the others. #2 Afterordering ahead I realized that I forgot my mask, so I pulled my suit jacket over my face to COMPLETELY COVER MY FACE. When I gotup in line to ask for my order, the girl said she wouldn?t let me pick up my order until I had an actual face mask. She said theurgent care next door was giving out free masks but when I looked they were closed. So I had to run down the strip to the DollarGeneral and buy a mask, then come back just for her to grab my bag off the counter and hand it to me. Very disappointingexperience I?ll be giving my business to Jimmy Johns from now on. Read more
