Ordered pizza and unknowingly added banana peppers, called immediately to fix the issue before it was put in the oven. On hold... for 10 minutes. Phone picked up, tell my story, they ask if I want a remake and it's settled, remake the pizza. All good. I getto the store, and the manager, or franchisee I'm unsure which, informs me that they never remade the pizza and I should havecancelled and reordered. Then lectured me about the cost of the food and told me he didn't want to eat the cost of two mediumpizzas. I was like, cool I would've done that if anyone would have told me to re order it online, but they told me they wereremaking it. Won't be back to this franchise location. If I could give zero I would. The last 3 orders here have been well over an hour and the food has been sitting a while. I?ve... gotten the email each time ?this delivery was not what we hoped it to be? and I was going to claim my free pizza today, but notonly do you have to pay delivery on it. I've ordered several times, and typically everything is fresh and hot with delivery. Even though the quality is usually there,... the accuracy isn't... at least with delivery orders. 4 out of the last 5 times I've ordered, something is missing. The lastdelivery order, I was missing more than half the order. I prefer delivery to help support the drivers, and typically tip closeto 40 percent of my order totals since I live 7 miles away, but I just can't justify it anymore. Yeah, they've offered me afree pizza to make up for it, but it ends up being less than what I actually paid for anyway, so I've paid for several thingsthat I haven't received. Long story short, I like the food, but I have given up on delivery and that's unfortunately the reasonfor the 3 stars. Read more
