They dont care about taking orders, no one took order for atleast 15 minutes. Worst service. 6 guests were waiting in line.
One of the worst Tims locations I've been to. We ordered two iced coffees and two cinammon rolls and the woman taking our order... originally put in two regular coffees and two maple cinammon french toast bagels. Then she put in two muffins. She continuedputting in the wrong items and we had to point out the item for her in the showcase. She asked two coworkers for help andneither of them knew how to put in the order either. Very slow service and not very friendly. The restaurant was also dirty,spilled coffee all over the entryway and it smelled like sour milk. Not a pleasant visit. Read more

The slowest Tim Horton's. Ever. On July 2, 2022, I went into this Tim Horton's to order a coffee, a quencher and a couple of... sandwiches. It took 37 minutes for the staff to take my order, and this is after I started complaining and with only 4 peoplein the line (me being the forth). Took more time to get served after that. They run out of bread, so no sandwiches for me ormy son. When I called Tim Horton's head office on Tuesday (July 5, 2022), they did nothing. The Head Office was moreinterested in knowing how much I paid for the order than in the issue of having to wait more than 40 minutes to get servedinside the store. Went to Tim?s Thursday evening, asked for ice coffee and got ice cap, it got changed, behind the student that was serving us we... could see the manager (Tina I think her name is) rolling her eyes at us when we said that it was a ice coffee we asked for. Thatsame manager made the bagel what we ordered, the bagel was warm not toasted and barely any cream cheese on it. Verydisappointing service with the evening shift! Went inside to order myself a plain bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese Xtra cream cheese aswell so that makes 2$ of cream... cheese with bacon on top of that. The lady repeated my herb and garlic cream cheese 3times so obviously would never think theywould mess that up. Just to get home to find that I have only plain cream cheese that I don't even like lol and barely any creamcheese in my bagel. Read more

Terrible service. 5 people staying end chatting. I ordered cappuccino and got only milk full cup of milk) I am truck driver... will not turn back. But will visit them next week. Read more
