Drove the kids to get ice cream - 8:15 on a Friday night (they close at 9) only to be told the ice cream machine is down because... they are cleaning it! So ticked off! Pure laziness when they do this before closing so they can leave earlier. I?ve seen itmultiple times and it makes me so upset. Read more
In line more than 5 minutes, nobody ever answered my call. When to the stall and waited another 10 minutes..same thing, finally... went back to the drive-through window to order. I'm assuming they were busy, which I understand. However, nobody ever apologizedto us. Read more
The employees are always friendly & polite. They go above & beyond to make sure my order is prepared correctly.
Update: pickle cheeseburger ....looks terrible. Lol Nothing like they advertise. Taste yucky. Definitely not worth $5.

Excellent fast service. Very polite. I tipped her $1.00. Sonic could give more ketchup with order. My only severe issue is this... location serves a different onion ring, cheap, thin cut, not handmade like Sonic in Texas serves or customersused to. The batteris soupy thin and runny too, and looks and tastes more like inferior store bought from a grocery store. Their advertising anddisplay ads at this site still show the onion ring I expected when I ordered, but did not get. Sonic at this location has falseadvertising, and since I purchased a large onion ring, and went there specifically for the onion rings (ordering a side ofhamburger and sweet tea), I feel they wronged me and owe me money back, or a correct serving of authentic Sonic hand made thickbatter of onion rings!! Cost around $6. just for large serving of onion rings. I got taken advantage of, Sonic has wronged itsloyal long time onion ring loving customers. Boo, to Sonic. Shame on you. Read more
