Kid brought my delivery to me outside the hot bag twice. I told em, "want some friendly advice? Always leave the food in the... hot bag so it stays as hot as possible, your costumers will appreciate it, trust me, i use to deliveryas well". Gave em a nice7or8 in total tips. I drove from Bryan to Hearne because Hearne Pizza Hut is a 12 out of 10 and Bryan's is a ZERO. our order has never been... correct. The flavor is horrible, but Hearne gets it right every time!!! Read more

Ordered contactless delivery to our hotel. Ordered a dinner box (pizza and breadsticks), no sauce ON the pizza but sauce on the... side (one of us doesn?t like sauce). I even called to confirm that. Driver was 20 minutes later than the end of the deliverywindow, and he refused to bring the pizza to our room - he actually lied and said the hotel policy wouldn?t allow him to, butthe front desk said that?s absolutely untrue. Very cordial and nice staff. Clean restaurant with clean restrooms. We were just passing by and needed a break. This stop was... very relaxing and refreshing. There was no rush... had one full section of the parking lot to ourselves with no need for themasks, and enjoyed our food peacefully. The food was well prepared and was good too. Read more
Ordered and paid for my large salad around 6:30 pm and got a table. Over 30 minutes later, I noticed people that had come in 10... to 20 minutes later getting their orders delivered to their tables. I got a young lady's attention and showed her my receipt. She apologized and left to see about salad. After waiting 30 plus minutes for my salad, it took 83 seconds to put my saladtogether and bring it to me. I left. 45 minutes later I sat down to enjoy my salad minus the Canadian bacon and pepperoni thatwasn't on it? There's a moral to this story, has to be. Read more
