My wife and I went there for a late night bite to eat Saturday night. We sat at the microphone for a few minutes and no one... responded. We went around the drive-thru and there were two vehicles parked in the Drive-Thru Lane. One worker was outsidehaving a cigarette and some other workers were outside laughing and chatting with people in the vehicles whose doors were allopen and playing music. My wife asked if they were still open and if we could place our order. The associate that was having acigarette loudly replied "we only have spicy chicken" and turned around to chat with her friends.. Kind of unprofessional andrude. My wife was ranting and raving about how amazing their food was and I was looking forward to trying it for the firsttime, but I guess I will have to wait till we find another location as this one obviously did not want our business. Chicken was hot, roll and fries cold. Took 25 minute's to get order when I was the only person in the lobby. Staff seemed very... unhappy and very customer disoriented. No wants to work in Hearne. My personal observation Read more
I normally check if everything I ordered was in my bags. This time I didn't. When I arrived home and the food was set out,... everything was there in perfect order, still hot and delicious! They recieve an A++ from the entire family. Richard took myorder over the phone and was very professional!! Read more
