Only two people working. They worked hard to keep up and were friendly. The amount of customers was way too much for two people.... My order was wrong but I didn't complain because they were clearly overwhelmed. Read more
Worst Burger King I've ever seen. Filthy! Every table was dirty, we had to clean it ourselves. The drink machine was down.... There weren't any napkins, straws, Ketchup or sweet and sour dip. Our food took too long, came out cold and the service wasn'tfriendly. This is the first review of a restaurant that I have ever done but I had to let others know how horrible thislocation is. So when we walked in no one was at the counter so we stood and looked at the menu. Then a worker came from the dining area and... asked if we were ready. We placed our order and visited the restroom to wash up. The ladies room smelt like an old diaper andthere was no soap!! We asked if there was any and they said they were out??? While we were waiting on our food the cashier wasonly going to the counter when someone was there, and was not washing her hands after being in the lobby. Another worker who wasan older woman went outside and sat in her car about 10mi and did not wash her hands when she came back in. When we received ourfood the fries were dark brown and ???? I asked for fresh ones and they made it good. Not sure who was in charge of anyone, butit seemed like a free for all. Also they were out of napkins and told me to get some brown paper towels off of a roll that wason the counter.????????????who knows how many hands had already touched it. I've been to this store several times in the past, is it just me or did this place make a huge down grade?. This management was... on the verge of being a great place, everytime I come by now, it's like I'm not even Taking seriously as a customer.. No sinceof urgency from Staff members in this shop and 0-care.. hopefully they get it together. Be better to shut this place down thanto put unhealthy work place stress on the good people... It seems they haven't improved since the last few times I've been here, in fact, they seem to have worsened. It's really sad to... see a place that I once loved. Now fall to shambles.
