Went through the drive through and the service was nice and fast. Our food was hot and everything was delicious! The sun was... just starting to go down when we arrived. They didn't have any lights on signaling they were open or any lights on the parkinglot so it was very dark. There was also a kitty in the parking lot, lol. Read more

This would be a zero star review if that was possible. Discernibly zero employees that speak anything you could even mistake for... the English language. The amount of time between ordering and paying for our order was about 15 minutes and there wasn?t asingle person ahead of us. I ordered 3 tenders and was not told that they were out of tenders until the other person I was withhad already paid and received their food (now about 15-20 minutes after I ordered). After all this we were told to pull ahead,and then were not served for another 10 minutes at least and after all this my order was incorrect and they didn?t even have thesauces we specifically asked for at the window . I would rather kill myself with a rusty bone saw than order from this placeagain. Read more
It was posted that they don't close until 11 but they told us we had to take our food to go because they were closing early.... They were out of Mac n cheese and had no dipping sauces. The cashier took our order and then proceeded to box people's orderswithout washing hands or wearing gloves. Poor service and I won't be going to that store again. Read more
For me to have to write a negative review for something I probably wouldn?t have made an issue with if it was explained... beforehand means I?m annoyed! Who orders food, whether it was just fries, and throws them in a bag like this?! I can?t believe what I just lived in this restaurant. I am a faithful Popeyes customer. I love the Popeyes Louisiana taste but... this was a very unfortunate life experience. The wait was super long and then when I get my order the gentlemen on the countertells me there is no tenders, no Coca-Cola, no sprite, no dr. Pepper, no Fanta and no Hi-cee. Basically nothing on the fountain.There was no ice!! No ice!!! The staff with dirty cloth and no hair protection. Not to mention the guy with his pants so low ysaw the yellow line in the back of his underwear. Last, was the roach that ran to the wall. I tried catching it to kill it topost the picture but failed. This is by far the worst Popeyes around. Our order was completely wrong, instead of macaroni & cheese, mashed potatoes and... gravy, and coleslaw, they sent 3 macaroni & cheese. The Mac & cheese was disgusting. We had to throw it in the garbage. Whilepicking up the food, there was a screaming match between the workers, as one of them hadn't had a break yet. I can't imagineever acting like that in public, let alone at my job. I hope this place closes down soon. It's clear the employees couldn't careless about getting your order right. Also, the chicken was old and dried out. Total waste of $60. Read more
