Reviews for Caffe Europa in Hazleton, PA
Oh we enjoy this place so much, the owner is so nice and friendly and the pizza????????????????
Very good pizza! My wife had a white broccoli slice, and I had a slice of Grandma's. We both enjoyed. They offer other Italian... dishes as well. Read more
I've been ordering their food, especially their buffalo pizza for atleast 5 years. While waiting for 2 pies, I asked the woman... behind the register(very tall and skinny) to purchase 2 fresh cookies from the dessert display. She responded by saying "why askfor those when I have prepackaged ones"...umm excuse me, how about because I'm the customer and that's what I asked for. Iwanted one for both my husband and I, not that I should even have to explain myself. Her rude arrogant comment resulted in menot buying any cookies as clearly this was an inconvenience for her. While waiting for my pizzas I noticed she continued to berude to other customers. You asked me a question, here is yours...why go to work if you plan to be arrogant and rude tocustomers for no reason. Your costing the business money and customers. It gets even better, brought our pizza home, opened thebox and was absolutely distugsted. Our buffalo pizza was covered with plain huge chunks of chicken, dark meat and worst of allgrizzle and hard pieces! I've never had a buffalo pizza anywhere that looks like this and would never expect it from this place.Between Your extremely rude employee who needs to be retrained at the register and our distugsting, careless gross pizzaresulted in you losing 5 customers. Repulsive all around how much they charge yet don't care about customers whatsoever. Read more
The food is good but they have a lady working there that has poor customer service if your dealing with customers have some... respect for people. An if not your in the wrong business lady they will not get my service no more Read more
I absolutely love this place!!! I?m not from the area, but anytime I visit I always get a gluten-free pepperoni pizza from Cafe... Europa. They have a wide assortment of foods available from sausage and peppers, stuffed shells, salad, cannolis, chickenparmesan, and of course pizza. Although I can only eat their gluten-free pizza, they have a great selection of pizza?s to choosefrom. You can order by the slice or get an entire pie. My boyfriend usually goes for the grandma?s pizza, the chicken buffalopizza, or the typical cheese or pepperoni. I?m originally from New York, and this place has the closest New York style pizzathat I?ve seen in this area. Their gluten-free pizza reminds me of New York?s thin, greasy, cheesy, mouthwatering pizza. Ifyou?re ever in the Laurel mall, stop by Cafe Europa for a slice or two of their delicious pizza! Excellent pizza and coffee. Beautiful aesthetics and friendly staff. The tiny bit extra you pay is worth it, as they probably... get the best quality ingredients. Generous sized pizza by-the-slice. Read more
The food is very delicious. They have daily specials and a standard menu. Slightly more expensive than your average pizza place... however they do have to pay rent and workers etc and that's not cheap in a mall. They have limited vegetarian and vegan optionsbut overall good experiences every visit. Read more
The grandma slice is one of the best slices I've ever had.
