While the food is generally consistent, I implore you to double check your order before pulling away from the drive-thu... window. I ordered dark meat and ended up with breasts. Wow. Bruh. Popeyes left a tender out of my order and the shrimp order was like a handful of popcorn shrimp snd no sauce. I caught the... manager at 9.30 at night and she went and get me a couple extra tenders, a fair amount of shrimp and one of each sauce. Her namewas Angela and I was thoroughly impressed. Read more

This was the best Popeyes chicken I ever had. Buying in Louisiana is not like buying it anywhere else. Everything was super hot,... fresh, and tasted home cooked. I have never had to wait to eat because it was too hot. Or never has my macaroni been so creamyand oven baked. Not to mention the customer service, it was superb. I wish I had cash on me so I could have tipped her. Ibragged to my daughter back home and and wants me to pick her some up on my way back. She said if it's as good as you.say itwill reheat and taste better than her going to get some across town. Definitely stopping back by on my way back to Tennessee. Read more

Excellent service and friendly staff, quick delicious food. The manager Mark Burton is a man of God; after I placed the order of... chicken for my guys, I realized that I left my wallet at the gas station and was ready to leave without the food, then he cameout and handed me the bags of food and said: come back to pay later. I came back that evening to pay and thank him for hiskindness, and found out that he's one of my best friends cousin. How small is the world. Read more

Great experience!!! Within the last week , the drive thru has been moving faster and the food has been hot. I did notice a... different lady that was working. She was making sure everyone was taking care of. She also had me laughing. She has a greatsense of humor although they were short staffed. Keep her around,I will return! Read more

Poor Customer Service! I went for a job and was told multiple times when to come and start work but it only turned into a big... run around! After about 2 weeks of back and forth and not working still, they finally got my finger print done for to start. Thefollowing morning, I reported for work at 8am and was told to do the Lot and pick up trash but there was trash cans, mop bucketsand etc still nasty and filled with mucky dirty water and food from the night before! This is ridiculous! I?ll never eat hereagain! I politely got back in my car and went back home once I seen what the inside of the production area looked like and justto think that this nasty equipment and cleaning stuff is still dirty from nights before is still around when food is being madefor customers! Never eating here again and I don?t think it?s a good place for employment! Read more

I understand with Covid and everything else going on that times are tough, but there is no excuse for a nasty attitude. Went... through the drive through to get some chicken. I ordered a 10 piece and my uncle ordered a 2 piece with a drink. We had to waitalmost 15 minutes after being told that it would only take 3-5 minutes for our order since they ran out of spicy chicken. Ithink there is a problem with rotating product at this location because they always seem to be out of things even when it's notlunch hour. The wait time is always long at this location and staff seems to always have an attitude. My uncle got impatient andwent to the window to ask about our order. I ubderstand that impatient customers can be bothersome, but my uncle is an elderlygentleman, and old people can sometimes be a little impatient. As someone who has worked jn the food industry, it's our job ascustomer service workers to be kind and generous to our customers. When we finally got our order, the lady was very rude andtold my uncle he should've expected to wait if we wanted fresh chicken. Then said he was acting ridiculous. Not only that, butthey did not bring him his drink. At that point, we decided to just leave well enough alone. If you're out of product, don't sayit's going to take a certain amount of time and then expect customers to understand when it takes way longer than expected.Please give realistic times and don't be rude.
