This location is awesome. The food is always fresh and hot. The employees are Friendly and patient. I visit everytime I'm in... Hazlehurst. I can't resist it's a such WIN. With the other natioal chains close by you never know what you're subject to get. Read more

Not very friendly service. Ordered shake, was told shake machine was broken. Ordered philly cheesesteak with cajun fries and was... told out of cajun fries. Decided to cancel and try Burger King instead. Read more
First they got the order wrong. The burger was supposed to have extra toppings. Bacon jalapeno and mushrooms. No cheese. The... buns were wet like you threw them in a bowl of cold water. The meat was undercooked. Missing toppings even after they got itwrong the first time. Bun just fell off. The top. Like they just rinsed it off after dropping it on the floor. They were reallyslow as well. Their fries were good, wouldn't exactly call them Cajun fries like I ordered, but good. So I give a star forthat. Otherwise pathetic and sloppy. I should have known it would be nasty from the look of the place, but their other stores inother places pretty decent last time I ate there. Bumpers is a great place to eat and the prices are compatible with other places...of its kind, like Sonic. They have the best... ice cream cones, especially there ... always delicious. The service is very good as well. I would have given it 5 stars, exceptfor the fact, we called in an order for 1 gal. Of Sweet Tea and 1gal. Of unsweetened tea. We called it in and told them wewould be there in 15 minutes...and we were. But, we waited for 30 minutes! It made us late for an important event. Good burger, loved the hand breaded chicken bites which were actually really large. Fries were ok, tasted good but not very... crispy. Tater tots on the other hand, really freaking good. Recommend getting a milkshake too. Service was faster than Iexpected given everything was made fresh. Prices were really good too, wouldn?t call it cheap but definitely less expensivethan stopping at Mc Donald?s and food was way better. Read more
***Long story. Well worth the moment of your time to read*** Decided to give this place a chance. Was not the best decision.... Pulled up in the evening, I believe there was only one other customer there. Placed my over $14.00 order and waited way to longconsidering how slow it was, literally about 20 min. A young girl finally brought out my order and she was very friendly. Iopened up my bag and immediately saw a small bag of wilted slightly warm fries. Based off the picture examples on the menu, Idecided on a grilled chicken sandwich and a hamburger (I put a picture of what is on the menu to show what you are ordering andI also put a picture of the sandwiches that I got). I had motioned for the waitress to come back over; and I showed her both thesandwiches (I did not show the fries to her, only commented about them) and pointed out the pictures on the menu. I asked her ifshe thought they looked like the menu example and if she would be happy to eat the sandwich catastrophes? She giggled and said;"no sir", and asked if I would like them remade, or speak with the assistant manager. Then I giggled and said "no". I did nothave time to stay any longer and I know what "could possibly" happen to my food if I would have done so. The following day, Iwent back to Bumpers and spoke with the actual Manager and explained that I was very dissatisfied with the order that I wasunable to eat from the night before, showed her the pictures of what looked like vomit on a man handled bun, and asked if Icould have a refund. She was friendly but absolutely denied allowing a refund, and offered to have it remade. I explained that Idid not want to take the chance on the food again and just wanted a refund. The refund was still denied. The next day, I wentback; and even though I was hesitant, she assured me that she would make the order and guaranteed that it would be made correctand I would not be dissatisfied!
