I went here at 9:30 am. I was the only customer. The female employee looked at me, totally ignored me and continued to season... breads and put them in the oven while talking on her cell phone. ( it was not a business call but a personal call). I stoodthere for 10 minutes and finally walked out disgusted. Read more

It's subway. What are you really expecting? I can say that $9 for one sandwich is ridiculous. Bc it's subway. Maybe if it were... like literally any other sandwich place, that would be reasonable. I just hope that $9 sub is going to help pay their employeesa living wage bc if someone has to work an hour to afford a subway sandwich, there's something seriously, fundamentally wrongthere. Covid mask down below ladys chin while she mad sandwiches, not covering mouth or nose. Asked her to put it on before making my... salad. All 5 customers in line were wearing masks properly. She smirked at me, seeming to imply I was asking her to do me afavor. She did put it on, before spending a minute with her face right over the bowl where she was chopping my salad up. Won"tbe back. This is the worst Subway in north county. Everytime I come there you are always close, when you are suppose to be open. Tonight... I came to your location at 7:40pm, the OPEN sign was lit up but the door was locked and nobody was inside. If you are not goingto operate during the times listed, then maybe you should just closed down. Read more

The first time I called this store, I could barely hear her, plus she wasn't speaking very good English. I told her I couldn't... hear her, & she hung up! I called back. It rang more than 10 times, & when they answered, I heard a strange noise like they wereusing a cordless phone that needed to be charged. Then lots of static, & then the loud noise again. That sequence happened acouple of times while I was screaming, "HELLO?!" They finally hung up again. It definitely was NOT a fax machine, like the otherstore in Hazelwood that I tried to call. Calling two stores & getting no help is definitely my limit. I just wanted to know whyI saw a commercial with delicious looking bbq items, but there aren't any on their online menu & if they actually had them. Oh,well. I guess they don't want my service. Their loss. I don't like Subway anyway but was willing to go back for a bbq pulledpork or chicken sandwich. Read more
