Not happy they wont take subway coupons for buy 1 get 1. Well they had to keep the 2nd sandwich I didnt want it.

Never had such a bad experience at a Subway!!! The online order wasn't even started until I arrived at the time it was supposed... to be ready for pickup. Then, they were out of pepperoni and substituted salami...NOT the same by the way. Then when I get backto work and open the sandwhch there of guac on it!!! YUCK!!! NEVER going back! Read more
Warning, don't online order from this location. I placed an order for a simple 6-inch an hour ago, and it was supposed to be... ready five minutes ago. They still have not started on it, instead, just taking all line orders and walk-ins. They did not makemy sandwich until more than an hour after I placed it, and it was ready only 25 minutes after it was supposed to be completed.Say goodbye to online ordering "convenience" here. !!!! BEWARE!!!! I placed two online pick up orders and both were incorrect sandwiches. I made complaint on subway website for... the first incident and received no response from the store. The second one, I went ahead and called store and spoke to a ANGEL,who told me she will pull up store cameras to see if sandwich was wrong and to to drive back up there to replace. Really, whatdoes your store cameras have anything to do with a online pick up order???? That was employee wanting to be mean and nasty!SHAME ON YOU!!!! I asked name of her superior and store number and she said "NO-I'm not giving you store information" Then shetried to hang up before I asked her name. I had no time to drive back up (lunch break) to store to pick up correct order norwould I want to put myself through the stress of being treated by employee who has zero customer service nor communicationskills. I went to this location today 11-21-2022 and ordered the number 8 on a wrap, the same sandwich I always get, just from a... different location. I'd stopping going here when I noticed the size of their bread had gotten slimmer compared to other subwaylocations. I didn't feel like going out of my way to the location in bridgeton and I knew I was going to get a wrap today so Idecided to stop here. The sandwich maker put salt on my sandwich when I only asked for pepper. I didn't know until I tasted itbc I'd walked off to get a drink, now wishing that I hadn't done that. So I called the store and said I'd like a remake and wastold I have to call Angel, they can't remake sandwiches. I informed her that I have the wrap and the receipt and I just couldeat a salty wrap. She said she would call me back in 30 mins, they had to check the cameras. She never called. I went to thestore with my wrap and receipt. I was told to tt Angel, so I called her again. She told me that they wouldn't do a remake orgive me a refund bc I said salt according to the cameras. Now black pepper and salt don't look the same when being said.
