Wish the was a zero star option. I ordered through the app and when I went to pick it up I went inside I was told that I had to... go through the drive through which had a real long line. The doors were unlocked and no sign I already paid just wanted to getmy food. So after I stayed in the drive through for half an how got up to the window and was told there was no order so I had tolook up my order and show them. I was in the line for over 10 minutes, and my order was never taken. I kept saying ?hello@ and no on responded. I sat there for... a few minutes and didn?t get a response. I assumed the intercom was broken, so I pulled up to the 1st window and the guy walkedoff and never came back. The young lady at the 2nd window told me to pull up to her window. I explained to her I hadn?t orderedyet and she said they are busy and there is nothing she can do. She refused to take my order and told me to get back in lineafter being in line for over 10 minutes.
