At least the third time it?s happened where I show up between 2-4pm and they can?t help me due to ?short staff?. I hear at least... 2 voices in there, I used to run lunches at a fast food restaurant with 2 people sometimes, there?s no excuse to not serve acustomer. Especially when there?s no customers in line. You can?t make a burger and fries? I don?t care if it takes 15 minutes,I work 10-12 hour days and I look forward to grabbing food on the way home. Definitely need to do something about this location. I can go to a decent sit down restaurant and get a full meal and a Pepsi for how much they charge. I miss the $1 Bacon... cheeseburgers. And how do you get rid of Dave's Deluxe? The 1 on Woodward near 8 mile must be doing something rite becausethey have a line of cars out onto Woodward every night. Read more
all my food was cold, waited 10 minutes for it. i ordered a regular burger with no tomato, pickle, or onion and it came with all... of it plus bacon. nuggets we?re cold and hard. will not be going back. Read more
I don?t even want to give it one star. I tried it again hoping the last two times was a mistake or short staffing. Not only was... there hair in my frosty the order at the window was wrong as well. Most people always check before they leave a window. Not onlydoes the staff seem to careless they are rude and disrespectful. As I pulled up today ordering a sandwich, which I receivedpretty quick. She tells me to pull forward. I said I will when I?m done checking my order. She makes a sarcastic comment aboutthe point of checking it at the window?. I said because the last two times I was here my order was wrong. So why would I pullforward to check just to have to pull back or get out of the car to hand you back the bag????And guess what the order was wrong.No apology just a smirk? like oh well yep we suck. We waited at the speaker to order for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement of the long wait, then waited an additional 15 minutes... to get our food. When we got home we realized that we did not receive the two chicken sandwiches we ordered, instead we got twoburgers. We also did not receive one of the three drinks ordered, but we were so done with the situation we drove off withoutit. There were maybe two cars in front of us in line when we pulled up, no there should be no reason for the incredibly longwait, not to mention no apologies. Also would like to add that they did not give us a receipt, so I'm not sure we would havebeen able to go back for our actual order or a refund anyway. Read more
UPDATE!! My husband has FOOD POISONING! I am calling cooperate!! 3/12/2022 3/11/2022: I just went through the drive thru... worth my car full of kids. Mind you my infant was screaming the entire time and only one other car was waiting for their foodbut the wait was insane.. i ordered 5 meals, mine was the crispy chicken sandwich... the chicken is so cold and soggy im noteven going to eat it and my fries are stale... not to mention i had to ask the woman multiple times for my drink that came withthe meal i ordered. Finally she realized she was wrong and that i ordered 5 meals, i should get 5 drinks and gave me a small...i ordered a large but at this point I'm so done with the service i just left. complete waste of $9. I don't usually leave bad reviews online, but this Wendy's is the worst one I've ever been to, especially recently. Last Friday... I made the mistake of placing an online order here for delivery, and they forgot ALL of our drinks, our frosties, and my son'skid's meal (they just threw his chicken nuggets & fries in with the food, so at least he had something to eat). I tried callingthe restaurant three times to get a refund, and no one answered. I get that restaurants are busy/understaffed these days, butthis is ridiculous. Avoid going to this Wendy's at all costs (try the one in Ferndale or Warren at 9 Mile & Ryan). Read more
