I love the fact that now you can not only get a foot long but you can get a foot long pro which is double meat than you would... already get. The Monster foot long pro is my favorite. Read more

I use to go to this location often, but they don't participate with any Subway coupons ,the guy manager wasn't customer service... oriented, I will not be going back, I'm in the customer service business bad deal for them because our church was placing bigorders from them , I will be letting all my members of Hazel Park to not go to this location anymore. Terrible experience. I tried so many times but this place keeps disappointing. They were out of Italian cheese bread so I got... the Monterey cheddar bread. It was so stale I could not eat it. I also got the broccoli cheddar soup and it was very watereddown and made my stomach feel weird. A.k.a. it was old. Im done with this location. Read more

I ONLY gave them two stars because of two young workers that had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! And did our order good! ( We was... there Saturday 5/28/22 around 4 & 4:30) NOW "JOSH "( NOT SURE IF THAT IS HIS REAL NAME, WHITE MALE ,BLONDISH BROWN MEDIUM LENGTH HAIR)on the other hand was RUDE! HE REFUSED TO COVER HIS HAIR OR PULL IT BACK ,AFTER A CUSTOMER ASKED HIM TO! & MYHUSBAND AND I ASKED HIM NOT TO TOUCH OUR FOOD ,BECAUSE I WATCHED HIM TOUCH MONEY( DIDN'T WASH HIS HANDS) NO GLOVES, HE PUT AN AIRBUD IN HIS EAR MOVING HIS HAIR( DIDN'T WASH HANDS AND NO GLOVES)ALL OF THIS BEHIND WHERE THE FOOD IS! I asked him what ifthe health board came in and seen you doing that? He said he's been there four years and so far it hasn't happened! He ISNASTY AND RUDE! If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited over a half an hour for my order. Wasn't ready. Went inside to inquire, was told they... didn't know I was waiting. Took an additional 15 minutes after they were notified I was waiting. The staff along with the Ownerwere talking over the food while preparing it maskless.When I told the OWNER I wanted a refund she emphatically refused andsaid I had to request it on the website as she left the store. You can't request a refund on the website. I used to visit thislocation regularly twice and three times a week. No more! Rude Owner! TERRIBLE! Read more

I'm always impressed with how this restaurant is managed. The manager runs a tight ship with his employees and it pays off in... customer service, quality of food, and efficiency. They remember frequent customers and say hello when you walk in. Can getreally busy during peak hours but generally moves along pretty well. Read more
