I understand being short staffed but tonight was beyond rude. When I got in line there were five in front of me. The time to get... to the front for me about 20 minutes, not something I get bent out of shape over. I was asked to wait a moment. Over 10 minuteslater she finally asks my order. A simple numbered meal, not add on or anything. I put up to window. I pay the money and get mydrink. I do believe the girl who gave me my stuff was a trainee and I have no issue with her if she is training. I will sayshe's learning all the bad stuff. I watched the both stay in front of window. I watched the girl taking orders play on her phonefor 15 minutes without moving. She turned her back once and it was made clear it wasn't a for work. Her eyes never left thephone. After there without my food for 15 minutes she finally takes 10 seconds out of the phone to get the car behind me'sorder. Play on phone a minute, next car, minute later another car. She still was messing with her phone. When I pulled awaythere were 2 cars on the road where you enter Taco Bell waiting. If they could really do nothing, tell the girl to move awayfrom the window and out of sight while she plays on the phone, it doesn't look good. Spent 45 minutes in line at the drive through. Literally ordering and cooking one at a time before they take the next order then... I get my food cold after an hour. I'm here working and I'm telling you this whole areas fast food service is terrible and theslowest . There's no quality for fast food from here to Huntsville I give up. Read more

I live 1 mile away from here. Every single time I order crunchy tacos they are soggy by the time I get home. That tells me that... they have a bunch pre made and sitting under warmers. Not once have I gotten home and a taco was still crunchy. So I startedgetting chicken soft tacos instead... Tell me how I get home and the tortillas are harder than the crunchy tacos!! They were dryand stale! Literally every one of my 5 chicken soft tacos was this way! I still gave 3 stars, bc well its taco bell... What doyou expect? I just go there with low expectations, that way I'm pleasantly surprised when something turns out good. Which doeshappen on occasion. Today my order was much more fresh than it had been in the past, and I didn't get home for 20 minutes afterleaving taco bell (had to stop at walgreens). So basically as long as your expectations are low I'd say you have a 50/50 chanceof being satisfied. The staff anyways seems friendly though. They are quick (probably bc they have everything pre-made underwarmers). I've never been inside, so I can't speak for the store itself, only the drive through. Read more

Ok so my rating definitely changed. The past 3 visits, a months time maybe. Last time the drive thru wait was well over 15... minutes and 2 of my potato bowls had 10 tiny potatoes in them couldn't see them under the glob of cheese. Tacos were wrong. Nowthis morning the woman at the window, name starts with a D. Not the most pleasant person to speak to and judging by theappearance of my daughters food (it's posted) after they zapped it in the microwave cooking it to the wrapper she obviouslydropped it and stepped on it before throwing it out the window. This place consistently has the dining room locked. You order on the app for dine-in, drive there and it?s locked up. Over and... over again. Go somewhere else. Read more
