Food was ok. But the staff was slow. Received chili cheese tater tot's with no napkin or fork. The once I asked for some, no... one ever brought me anything. I had to walk inside and get myself. Then, I find out my $3.09 route 44 drink that was 3/4 fullof shave ice, doesn't give free refills. McDonald's will give you a large cup and all you want to drink for $1.50. Reallydidn't get very much actual soda with all the ice so they wanted me to pay for a whole new drink to refill mine. I haven't beento Sonic in a long while primarily due to the excessive item costs and poor service. Doubt I'll return unless someone isbuying. Can't blow my money keeping Sonic afloat when other establishments offer better values. Read more
50/50 Their burritos are awesome in the morning. Their briochie sandwich is awesome but Whenever I ask for extra in my blasts ... sometimes I don't get extra and sometimes I get less than there should be. This is inconsistent. Some days I have asked forReese's blast and and they give me a melted ice cream That had to have been sitting out for at least an hour. If I am paying forextra then I ought to get extra. Their customer service is pretty good but if I am in a hurry I don't have time to tell themthat my order was messed up because then I have to sit for another 15 minutes waiting and I don't have all that time. I havealso got dried out old mozzarella sticks before period I have got chili cheese dogs with a old bun. Read more
Our burgers were real good!!! Vanilla milk shake was real good, but my Blue Coconut Creme Slush needed some more blue coconut in... it, because I couldn't even taste that flavor in it. Read more
I ordered a large chocolate oreo blast!! I just wanna jump for joy when I ordered it. Sonic has a lot of good food like they're... chicken bites poppers. They got a lot of cool slushes right now because of the heat. Read more
Order 1 blast and 1 cone. Car pulled in next to us and tried to order 3 times before the person on the intercom got it right.... More waiting. Next thing, car next to us gets their order. We wait some more. Finally we pushed the button to see what the holdup is with our cone and blast. Oh.... it's ready and will be right out. Except we had to wait some more. Finally it came and weasked for napkins. Evidently those don't come with orders now. Had to go back to get some. Our food should have been free afterall that. Our expectations are low these days in view of the struggle most are having but I'm afraid we will have to give up onSonic for awhile. This isn't the first time we were disappointed with our service. We waited thirty minutes for someone to answer the button, pressed it a second time after the first ten min. Finally ordered on... the app, and still had to wait another twenty! 50 minutes for ice cream ???? They weren't busy until 35 minutes in, and oneperson spent longer than that inside catching up with a friend who showed up and came inside for a hug, so I'm not trying tohear anything about staffing issues or being busy. The app says they don't do refunds on mobile orders, so we were just stuck.Not cool. Read more
