This is the best pizza place ever. Their pizza is delicious with good crust that isn't too chewy or crisp, sauce that is... flavorful and not too sweet, and the cheese can toppings are fresh and spot on. Their wings are amazing and priced perfectly!The salads and desserts are delicious, and their subs and lasagna are to die for. All in all everything is delicious here. Thestaff are friendly and helpful and try to help you save money. To top it all off their pizzas are buy one get one free and theyhave family dinner specials. I just had a once in a lifetime experience with my delivery driver from DoorDash name Mason J. Driving for Rafael's Pizzeria in... Hazel Green, Al. I didn?t have change for a $20 to tip and he drove back to get change. He was so kind and respectful. You knowthe kind of customer service we hope for these days but seem to never receive. Mason has it and more. How refreshing! Because ofMason I?m considering getting a DoorDash account and requesting him by name if that possible. I truly appreciate you! Came during lunch and ther was one other group inside. Cashier seemed new, took him a little bit to process transactions.... Atmosphere was calming, but a little too quiet. They could use some music or something. Food was great. Italian cheesesteak withpepper was one of the best cheesesteaks I've had. Ordered this sub with no tomatoes thinking it wouldn't have mayo since it's not listed. It was completely covered in mayo. The... manicotti was very disappointing and the stomboli so-so.
