There is a woman there that is especially friendly and sweet (though all the employees there are great). I don't remember her... name but she gives consistently great service, always friendly, and actually remembers me! (We come in once a week or so.) Therewas another woman there as well that also gave great service but I haven't seen her in awhile. You know the RIGHT employees makeall the difference and the one who is in charge of hiring here is doing an excellent job. Read more

the guy behind the counter, Jose M, messed-up our order. We ordered the new Italian-Caprese (#41), the one w/ pesto-spread. And,... we ordered a LG Pastrami-Reuben on SOUR DOUGH. He asked if I wanted the fixings/veggies/condiments in it. Yes,Please. We pay, wego home to eat. Then, I look at the receipt: he rings us up for #16 INSTEAD of #41-Caprese (no pesto spread)! And, the #10Reuben had NO veggie/condiments (he even asked)!! Plus/MINUS, it was NOT Sour-Dough (tasted like regular bread)!!! This is thesecond time this location f+×÷d-up my order. Ohhhh no what happen TOGO ill Try a diffent location but sadly this one gave me NO CHEESE on my sandwhich i was charged 18.00$... for a sandwhich with only a tiny cup of meat never again i will make my own sandwiches at home this was pretty polite and nicebut the inside of the building was very dirty tables were not clean dishes and other rappers on the floor employees were verynice but the food was not good and it's cleansing this was not good Read more
Never been ans in the area gave it a try and definitely was pleased I did. Got the pretzel pastrami and it was delicious! Did... an online order which I was also pleased with. As a POS installer it's nice seeing other systems that work well and buisnessusing them. Although disappointed in not a single napkin given, I did pick up so checked for napkins prior to walking out butnone were out for customers so assumed they'd be in the bag. They were not unfortunately so had to go back in to ask for some.That's small compared to the rest, definitely will be back before I go! Read more
