Taco bell always hits the spot. Prices are a little high for what they offer. This location has shorted me on my items numerous... times so make sure to double check your order before leaving. Also it seems like they never give you a receipt unless youspecifically ask for it. Read more

Wish I could give no ? at all. Worst experience ever, my sister-in-law and I were paying cash. I wasn't quite sure how we were... to order, I normally go thru drive-thru. Not one employee greeted us. My sister-in-law said Hello can we get some help, noresponse. We went to place our order at the kiosk. The person with the microphone doing the drive-thru kept making eye contactwith us but never once got the attention of a co-worker so we could be assisted. When the girl finally came to the counter, shewas rude and said your order is not even here. I asked to get the District Managers phone number and called her (Diane), she wasvery unprofessional, didn't announce e herself, only reason I knew it was her was by the phone number. My daughter and my self are vegan. We planned to go to the drive-in in San Jose and we live in Hayward. That?s a 40 minute... drive for us. We got Tacobell before we headed to San Jose. We ordered two church wraps, with beans instead of meat and no sourcream or cheese and also ordered two crunchy tacos with no beaf, but with beans. We arrive to our movie and ready to eat, wedidn?t eat dinner. And there?s meat on everything and the movie is about to start. So now we have to sit through an entire moviewith no dinner. If you are looking to have a cold soda with your meal when you order from Door Dash or Grubhub don't order from there. They... continually miss drink orders with combos or stand alone items ordered. It's happened at least 4 times now. I don't know who isto blame, the Grubhub driver maybe they took it or the staff that filled the orders but either way it's not acceptable. Read more
