Why have curbside orders as an option?. If your employees aren?t going to do curbside orders. Absolutely ridiculous that I had... to wait 20 minutes for my order only to just go in and get it myself when I had specifically made my order curbside because Idid not want to take my baby out of the car. I had to also serve myself my own drink when that should of already been done. Andthe employees didn?t explain anything just said they thought it was pickup & heres your drink and left to the back?.The servicehere is ridiculous wish I could give 0 star review. And to top it off I requested my sandwich be toasted? yeah it wasn?t. F thissubway location employees cant read the order instructions apparently. Read more

We go every fri. There was another guy working there that wasn't good. So we went to other Subways. We liked a couple & some... were not right at all. The one across from Chabot College charged a dollar or more for the same sandwich as down the road. Thatshopping center near Tennison. They too were really good. Could even say Great, but here is the problem we shop from San Lorenzoto near Ast Hayward. The Green House changes ppl quickly. Many of them do. So ,it is frustrating when you like the way they makeyour sandwich or wrap then thay one is gone & You have to start over. If the maker doesn't want to give you all the veggies youwant dont go back to that one or try a different time. Just like restaurants. It can be the a chain ,but the cook makes it. Welove Red lobster in San Bruno. Tried the one in Newark yrs ago. It wasn't as good, never went back. Some even fast foods are thesame way. Way it's cooked or prepared. So when you find what you like & who made it make sure You let them know & give a tip.Even if it's just a dollar because times are hard. When you can give more do it. Let them know. They are very stingy with their supplies . I ordered a soup and she couldn?t even find a spoon and definitely said ?we don?t... have any crackers ?. She didn?t even apologized. I love subway but thank goodness there are so many of them in the area. Won?tbe going back. Read more
The sandwiches are of decent quality but the staff here sucks. Subway sandwiches are generally healthy and they taste fine for a... quick and easy food option. They're reasonably priced and Subway has plenty to choose from. The staff here isn't too hot. 4 starsandwiches 1 star staff. The lady couldn't remember my produce choices and kept asking me "spinach?" after I said tomatoes. Thevolley went back and forth 3 times before she left and returned with a new tub of spinach and began putting spinach on mysandwich. I had to say "no spinach" again and requested tomatoes for the fourth time. Then as I sat at the dining table, themanager comes and stands 2 feet away from me and begins talking on the phone and coughing. At least I didn't get food poisoning. Read more
