This is probably one of the worst subways in the area. Honestly I shouldn't even bother going here anymore. They say that they... close at 9:30 p.m. but the workers are so lazy they keep it open until 9:00 p.m. or earlier. I used to work at Subway and I knowwhat the count of meat is supposed to be. This Subway is one of the cheapest subways I've been to. For you regular customers whodon't know about it, this Subway skips out on the meat. All you have to do is count it. On my spicy Italian they put on sixsalami and six pepperoni when it's supposed to be 10 each yet they charge you full price for it. I've also had experiences withsome rude waitresses and people who don't even speak or understand basic English. Why would someone work in customer service inAmerica and not speak english when you have to deal with people every single day? I just don't understand. Read more

I ordered a sandwich through the app and I ordered to the wrong location and so I called the location and the girl was very... abrupt and rude! They directed me to the manager and she was off the bat so disrespectful and was saying that there is nothingshe can do to help me?? Usually subways are really good but today they were being really skimpy I ordered three sandwiches footlongs and they did not... put the right amount of meat on the sandwiches I ordered two steak sandwiches and they did not put full scoops of meat on thesteak sandwiches and I did not really realize it until we got home and the people were eating their sandwiches and realized thatthey did not put full scoops of meat on the sandwiches the turkey and bacon sandwich was fine they put the right amount on therebut I believe that they didn't use the steak because they were running out of it and the ladies were being too lazy to refill itbut yet they did charge the full price for them I paid $31 for 3 ft long sandwiches and two of them were definitely not worth itso I was not happy with them at all today Read more

Workers here are rude and they seem like they don't like their job, you ask them for something and they give you attitude. This... is the second time I have been here and it's the same thing. Especially the Hispanic lady. They are always grouchy. Read more

I placed an order online and picked it up and it was made wrong. I brought it back and explained to the lady what happened. I... showed her my order on my app and everything. She spent 10 minutes arguing with me rather than just fixing the problem. I justwanted my food made the correct way and was very polite about it but she approached the situation with a very rude attitude. Shetold me she couldnt do anything about fixing my order cause the app sent it through the wrong way. Finally after having to raisemy voice, she fixed the issue. Horrible customer service, if a customer shows you the correct order on their app, dont arguewith them, hell even if the customer is wrong, don't argue with them. Just make it correctly and move on. Will not be returningto this location. The employee was a young latina woman 20-30 years old, with a rose/ flower tattoo on her left wrist. I wouldgive you her name but she didnt have one on. Don?t recommend this place for online orders. No matter how you customize your sammich, they do it their way. And ordering... online, there is no option if you want a bag or not because a bag is included with online order, but they refused to give a bagand asked for .11$ for a bag. Read more

I had a really bad experience at this Subway. I placed a mobile order for pick up on Monday, March 9th. I had ordered the buy 1... footling, get 1 free. I ordered the steak and cheese, on Italian herb and cheese toasted with provolone, less olives, more redonions, and mayo. I got home and I was hungry, being diabetic I have to eat. I didn't check my sandwich ???? I should have but Ibelieve it should be done correctly. I didn't notice there was no cheese. I checked the second sandwich, same thing, no cheese.I called the subway, spoke to Ravi. He said that there is nothing he could do. He can put some cheese in a bag. As far as theother sandwich is concerned, I ate it so there was nothing he could do. I asked for a manager, he said he needed to call her andfor me to call him back in 30 minutes. He continues to tell me that people lie to get free sandwiches, so I felt like he wasaccusing me of just that! It really made me angry. He should have taken my number and called me back. I called back and he toldme he spoke to Geo, the girl who had made my order and she claimed she put cheese on the sandwich and that she would be in after9 a.m. tomorrow morning and to save the sandwich and talk with her tomorrow...what!?! This is customer service huh? He said Islais the manager, Isla, please talk with your associates about customer service and how to not accuse customers. I am highlydissatisfied and I would highly recommend not doing business with this Subway due to lack of customer service and knowledge ofhow to handle issues regarding mobile orders. Curtious and wuick service. Location makes it essy to get to and plenty of parking. Location site is small so keep in mind when... visiting during busy times like lunch hour. All in all food was fresh and service was outstanding. Refreshing to see a smilingface even at the end of tbe day just before clising on a friday. This is the only restaurant that i will order tunafish sandwichon take out or dine in because it is slwsys fresh unlike othet establishments. Read more
