Shell Shock was an unfortunate experience for my wife and me. We went to the Hayward location at the Target store location at A... st. and Hesperian. Service was minimal and parking was great. We went at 1 pm on a week day and we were the only customers there. We just did not consider the absence of customers as an indicator of what we were about to experience. Our meals were"5 star prices" but were at a "drive through, fast food quality". Plastic utensils, paper plates, paper cups, very expensiveentries and sides ($30.00 each), high carb, high salt. Two of the apathetic wait staff remained sitting down in therestaurant pre occupied on their cell phones. Our first and last time at Shell Shock???? Go to Mc Donalds and get a filet offish sandwich and fries if you want a comparable example of quality. Read more
