The bathrooms do not work here for the past 30 days,-they say they're broken and they haven't fixed them at all... it's a... takeout place and sit down to eat your food with no bathroom to wash your hands it's weird... So tired of going here and being laughed at by the employees. Little wanna be ?thugs? at this location are the most... unprofessional people. It? it would be better for the owners to close this location. Terrible service even by east baystandards. They refuse to make food for you if they run out, even if they don?t close for hours. And then the manager (pulledback long hair, sides shaved, never wearing a hair net) laughs about it in a manner that says the customer is crazy if theythink they?re going to get the food they ordered because he?s not making it. I changed my order 3 times at the counter and eachtime was told they were out of at least one of the things I wanted. I ended up canceling completely and walking out. Stood in line for about 5 mins no one took my order but they took someone else?s. When I order the waited to the last minute to... even tell me their nuggets were frozen at 2pm; I?m pretty sure the person before order some. I had a very pleasant experience with the hostess Alejandra, as I ordered we made small talk and later laughed together about... how fabulous it is to work there. I ordered a few spicy chicken sandwiches and got one extra. They don't usually mess up theorder but they did this time and I don't mind it. It was a good job. I really like this chicken and I'll be back for more andtell my friends and family. Sucks they don't have a drive through but then you would miss out on going inside this findestablishment. Read more
