So tired of going here and being laughed at by the employees. Little wanna be ?thugs? at this location are the most... unprofessional people. It? it would be better for the owners to close this location. Terrible service even by east baystandards. They refuse to make food for you if they run out, even if they don?t close for hours. And then the manager (pulledback long hair, sides shaved, never wearing a hair net) laughs about it in a manner that says the customer is crazy if theythink they?re going to get the food they ordered because he?s not making it. I changed my order 3 times at the counter and eachtime was told they were out of at least one of the things I wanted. I ended up canceling completely and walking out.
