Went to Panda Express 30158 Industrial Pkwy SW, Hayward, CA 94544 location today. Ordered a bowl. Server only gave me half... filled bowl. I asked her twice to fill it up. She said that she won't because they only provide half. I asked why? She said dueto inflation. I asked why it doesn't say on menu that you will provide only half filled. This is absurd. This is not PandaExpress policy or cooperate policy. This store employees are doing shady things. It is not inflation, it is cheating. I havebeen to this location so many times in past, it wasn't like that. This time it was different and it is not suppose to be thisway.
