Every time I order boneless wings they will call me back and say they don't have none. I think this is the worst Mountain Mike's... in Hayward. Every time I order Garlic stick with cheese and add extra cheese they don't give it to me. Then I will call back andlet them know that they didn't give me extra cheese. They would say I will give you 15% on your next order. Then I try toretrieve my 15% on the next order they won't give it to me unless I have the person's name that I ordered it from, since Iforgot the person's name. I have ordered from this place multiple times on Friday nights. I should of learned my lesson the last time the pizza was... extremely cold when delivered. I ordered Pizza yesterday and same thing Pizza was cold and absolutely under cooked. I calledto let them know they said they would send another but never did. I called today to talk to a Manger the guy who says his namewas Francisco was very rude and did not want offer his managers name. Also he said his manager would be back in a couple hoursand that the manager would call. Never did I hear from anyone. Please save your money and time. These people know nothing aboutquality service. Have been ordering from this location for years and it's simply the best pizza I've ever had. I especially love the pepperoni as... it's a bit spicy. Delivery can be a little longer during peak periods, especially on weekends but it's worth the wait. If youdine in, check out their selection of beers and other items too! Read more

After paying the rent a day early, I decided to treat myself to pizza, since I couldn't get Blessed with a ticket to the... Superbowl & a George Kittle Jersey (#85). While looking online, a great BOGO coupon to Mountain Mike's Pizza stuck out to me. To my surprise, this proved to be a great decision. You see, I'm vegan and very picky about patronizing restaurants. Long storyshort, the Mt. Veggiemore (with no cheese of course) was my choice. Let me tell you...it was amazing! This pizza was loaded withwith great toppings like mushrooms, black olives, artichoke hearts, bell peppers and fresh sliced thin tomatoes. The taste wasgreat! Normally vegan cheese is added to it when I get home; not needed in this case. Staff was nice; the best part was a younglady that works there, used to be a vegan. God was really smiling on me today.???? Research was done to make sure there were nodairy 'slide ins' in the dough or ingredients but she also shared her experience about the pizza with me. My order was placed togo; took around 15 minutes or so for me to be in and out. Price point is second tier, but worth the money. Google search or goonline to find a coupon for their brand pizza. That's what I did to get the Bogo. You figure 14 slices w. 2 pizza's cost me $27and change AND it sits well cold- Not a bad deal. They got some severe problem giving the ranch dressing for dine in. Every Indian mountain mike's is like that.
