I ordered a soda. When I went to fill it, the soda I wanted was out. I asked Maria, if she had any in the soda machine behind... the counter. She, very rudely said, "We are out of that". Then promptly turned around and proceed to ignore me. I had asked verynicely and she treated me like garbage and as if I didn't even matter at all. I know these workers are underpaid, but that is noexcuse to be flat rude. When I asked her to please answer my question and stop ignoring me, she did so but begrudgingly. This iswhen I got very upset and asked her her name, as I planned to report this to her manager. She didn't even want to give me hername, which the name she gave me may be a lie also. I can identify this person if the name was a lie as I believe she is indesperate need of some customer service training. I highly doubt anything will be done about this. This has become the normallevel of customer service at McDonalds. It is a shame to see such an Iconic American Restaurant go down the dumps. Do better,though I doubt you will, Ill just go to Burger King from now on. At least they smile and are nice when you order. Read more
never bring your food when you select table service, call out your number, cannot hear them over load music, they will just... leave your order to the side. Read more
This is my favorite McDonalds for various reasons, first of all there is not a long line in drive thru, and the food is always... ready fast. When you dine -in the premises are always clean and the bathroom is well maintain. Read more

Fast food but little English was spoken and it was obvious English was not understood ver much. The quality of the food was poor... and it was cold. I have never enjoyed a cold hamburger, have you? I drove a nlock away and bought a delicious hot hamburger andfries at Carl's Jr. I should have gone there in the first place. I sure will the next time. Read more
