Manager refused to take my order and ignored me. She told me to use the kiosk after I told her they were not working. But served... other customers! I am a poc and I waited in line with 2 younger poc's as she continued to ignore us. I waited 10 minutes beforehaving another employee come out from the back and take our orders. And No it was not busy there were 4 people in line and shewas just pre packaging burgers and standing around. Never coming here again. Read more

They consistently mess up my order almost every time I go. If you add on anything to your sandwich make sure they actually add... it on, mostly they just charge you for it and dont. I have ordered in app and if the item isn't available they dont refund yourmoney. I have had this happen on more than one occasion. Read more

Went to this McDonald's to order my autistic son a happy meal and use my rewards points to get it free. Not only did they still... charge me but they used 2 codes from my points but I only got 1 happy meal. They were rude and kept arguing. The only one whowas helpful was they're employee Diego. He even told them to just comp it and they didn't they kept arguing with me and tryingto charge me. On Top of that they didn't process my refund correctly so I was still charged. They disrespected 2 other customerswhile I was there as if they do it all the time. So ridiculous, I work in the food industry and a long time ago (almost 10 yearsnow) I worked for McDonald's so I do have respect for what they do but the attitudes and unhelpfulness was not what we aretrained to do in this industry. Drive thru was so slow. Cashier could not make correct change. Food was cold. Hot cakes / cold cakes. Frozen butter no knife ... this was a total failure on service and food. Read more
