The online app wasn't working so my order was not ready when I arrived. Place my order with the cashier and only one sandwich... was made correctly out of three. The tuna was flavorless. Tasted like it just came out of a can and only mayo was added. Notsure what happened this time with this order but, it was not a good experience. Read more

Groups of friends were going for beach outing and ordered sandwiches from Hayward location. Order ID: 56169, 56155, 51662. All... orders had dirty sauce on sauce and some orders has extra sauce. While picking up I asked about sauce and was told it?s insidethe bag. Did not check the bag as it was packed. Big mistakes. Non of the bags had any sauce inside. It was very disappointingas we like ordering sandwiches from there due to their sauce. Please check the bag before before you leave the place. Read more

Sandwiches at Ike?s are always good. But the sandwiches aren?t that big and they are pricey. This Ike?s just opened as of this... posting so lines are still long and we had to wait 30 minutes for our sandwich. The space isn?t very big so it can get crowded.There are only about 8ish small tables and not a lot of space to wait in line. I?m sure the lines will die down significantlyafter a few months. It?s in the same plaza as the Starbucks right next to the Costco gas station. Plenty of parking availablein the lot so no worries on that end. Overall, it?s great to see an Ike?s in Hayward. I enjoyed the sandwich. Only thing is that the sandwich I ordered (the #1), if I recall correctly, was listed as $9 on the menu... (printed on the wall) but than I was charged $11.75 plus tax. I asked the employee handling my transaction, and he simplystated that "the prices on the wall are different than what they are in the computer." Ok. When I got home I found a piece ofcandy in the bag with the sandwich, so not sure if they always include that but I don't eat that sort of thing. I appreciate thecharm of this place but I do wish that there wasn't a 25% increase in price from what is printed on the menu and what I am beingcharged. Read more
