I came on Monday during their Anniversary Celebration & got the Hawaiian Barbequed Chicken Platter. The ability to choose 3-4... sides is great (25 cents extra for salad side option). The location is ideal just off 880 on Whipple near the 24 hour Fitness &across the street from Target. The inside seating wasn't spectacular but they had a few small tables outside in front & that'swhere I ate. Read more
They probably should increase the pay. Was just picking up a doordash order and the cashier talked in a way like I owe her...
Ordered the Aloha Plate with beef and pork but was given chicken. Called and the manager corrected the order and hooked up a... free side to make amends. Feel like they tried to make it right and were nice and courteous about it. Read more
Horrible customer service. I called because the DoorDash app would not let me select a modification. The manager Maria told me... how to handle it. I called back after the order was placed and she denied the modifications she asked me to do. What in theworld?! Specifically what happened was: We wanted an extra piece of meat with our meal. I called and asked how do do this onthe app- and was told it was an additional five dollar charge. I ordered crab Rangoon?s which was five dollars and quicklycalled them and told Maria not to cook the crab Rangoon?s but to send an extra piece of meat instead. After What I thought wasclear communication they denied the ability to do so and told me that they would have to send the crab Rangoon?s. I don?t knowhow many times I?ve called this place with a modification because DoorDash will not allow it. This was the first time I?ve everhad any kind of issue. When I tried to ask who I could speak to about the issue I was referred to corporate website. Apparentlythey don?t know who their boss is and the owner only comes around once a year. Not a great way to handle the miscommunication.We?ve been customers for years. We canceled the order. I?m the grand scheme of things- not a huge life problem lol Just a bitupsetting. Read more
