Always good food, good service and always in a timely manner. The only thing I have a problem is the order box set up. Gets... confusing of where to go or what lane to order your food. Update 3/24/22 Service has went down hill as waits are 40 mins andthey jump orders and it's like they don't care. The usual answer to a long wait "oh it's coming right out" what kind of answeris that when people are waiting for long people of time. Management if they are ever there need to work on there businessetiquette so I took 2 stars from a 5 star. Read more
Solid portion sizes and decent flavor, as always. (I like how most hawaiian BBQ places are so consistent with their flavors and... portions.) I got a mini meal with BBQ beef. It came with some sauce, which I think would taste great with fried dishes but noton their BBQ. "Mini meal" might sound too small for most people, but it's really sizable at Ono and plenty of food for even ahungry gal like me. Great value overall. Read more
The island fire chicken was amazing! Spicy and not too sweet. They give good portions and the macaroni salad is always good!
The food was basically bland but the chicken fresh in the beef fresh I don?t like having pasta or macaroni salad and steamed... rice it seems like an over starch a carb explosion so I always ask for the salad but they?ll charge you $.25 more to be healthy/ lotta sauces quick service very nice staff and unfortunately though this style of food is just not my flavor Read more
My husband has been here several times, but it was my first time at this location. I wasn't very hungry so I just ordered a side... of the chicken katsu. It's a great deal only $3.69 with tax and they give you a lot. This location is clean, everything on themenu was presented well and there's a few pictures to describe some of the items. If you wanted to dine in there's enough spaceto be comfortable. Make sure you get the sauce to compliment your chicken teriyaki or chicken katsu. Great place!! Read more
I use to like this place.. until they sold us food with mold on the cabbage. . And than they were rude about it.. food is not... like they use to be.. workers are rude and inconsiderate. Read more
Food taste amazing. Place is clean and staff is very attentive and friendly. Green salad could be improved and that's the only... reason I give a 4 ?. Chicken and other meats were really flavory. I enjoyed and for sure will come back. Read more
