The customer service here is terrible. I understand they are college students, but really ? Not a smile out of any them, they... practically glare at you when they call your order. I?ve been here three times this semester. The first time. It took 25 minutesto get a bagel with cream cheese. The second time they double charged me for a bagel sandwich and put next to nothing on thesandwich, it was all bagel- sad looking. I payed over $10 instead of ~$5. I found out today I was double charged when they rangme up and it was ~$5z I can?t see the tiny writing on the board behind them so when I brought it up. All she did was point tothe sign. I?m like okay, you still over charged me. No offer for compensation or anything. I brought up the fact that theycharged me ten dollars for a bagel with almost nothing on it two days ago. She just looks at me. Once upon a time, I also workedas an 18 year old at a campus coffee shop, but I certainly did not act this way. Edited to add that Today (following week) Iwitnessed them charge a customer 2 for butter on his bagel. When he pointed it out, she copped an attitude and acted like shewas doing him a favor by charging him what?s advertised. She said they charge 2 dollars for adding butter to your bagel now,hmmmm. I'm re-reviewing this place because it has not changed or improved at all in my nearly 2 years here. The staff is often confused... and unapproachable. The wait times are horrendously bad. It is a constant 25-30 minute wait for basic sandwiches even without aline. Often times there is a very large crowd of people in the place because they're all still waiting for their order. It's afire hazard and the food isn't even that great. The sandwiches often come out cold even if I ask for it to be double toasted.Because of the lack of food options in campus this is a go to place for many students on campus, but avoid at all costs if youcan. The food is decent and the preperation is really messy. The bagel and food always falls a part. They are a bit pricy and don't... offer any kind of flat bread. The wait time depends on what time of day you go. Early mornings between 7and 9am are best sincestudents are either in class or not too many are on campus yet. They aren't really fully staffed so when you do have to wait ittakes a very long time with only one person on the register. The space overall is nice but too small. Read more
I just went there on the 4/23 rd and just left today on the 5/3st and I can tell you this is the best hospital/place to go to if... you are in any trouble. Some staff can be judgmental looking but overall everyone was fantastic and I loved my roommates and myward mates too. A lot of dominos was played and it was amazing. Great food!
