Crew that works here Tuesday June 28th 2 are terrible. Literally no one in line and the guy working the register helps the guy... behind me even though I was the only one standing there alone for a minute. The other girl working there too didn't help out shesaw me multiple times and just went on pretending she's busy. Spend your money on better food like the boba place next door. Read more

Super yummy pretzels with a small selection of flavors but just big enough that it keeps the business simple but sure to have a... flavor you can call your own. The business is super straight forward and the pretzels taste amazing. Definitely a differencebetween a fresh pretzel and one that sits under a heat lamp so when forced to wait a few minutes because my flavor is not readyto go... this is a plus and not a problem. I recommend the butter almond... or is that sugar almond? Whatever. Try the flavorwith the word Almond in it. You won't regret it. Oh, and make it the nuggets. More surface area means more flavor in everybite, and go pretzel when you want more soft insides. Read more

Absolutely one of the worst establishments I've ever been to. Every time I go to get a pretzel, everyone behind the counter is... in a terrible mood, is rude, and is just plain short with you. It's a pretzel joint, people shouldn't feel like a bother forwanting a treat. It seriously needs new management. Read more
I love therir pretzels here. I usually get the jalepeno one and get the cheese dip. A lot of their pretzels are really good but... that's what I usually get when I come here. The people that work there are really nice and friendly. Read more
