The drive through was down. Its 1 million degrees outside and one very rude gal was outside yelling at people that tried to pull... through. I had my 2 small babies asleep in the car. My older child wanted one cake pop so I asked if I could just pull up to thewindow and pay for a cake pop. She refused and said I would have to go inside. All fine and dandy but there was no need to be soincredibly rude. The brown haired gal needs a permanent vacation. She should find a different job that doesn't involve customerservice. I would recommend the dillons Starbucks before this place. Terrible terrible customer service. Read more

This group in here is everything!!!!! We have been traveling a lot and good coffee is hard to come by even at Starbucks. The... staff here are friendly, cheerful, and hilarious! On top of all of that they made the best coffee I have had in 3 days ( by theway we were throwing away our undrinkable drinks from a previous Starbucks) they also did not charge us which we had everyintention on paying app out ready to scan. My husband's coffee wasn't hit. They gladly made anew batch. Still not hot enough for him. I suggested steamed cream instead of... adding cold. They gladly served up a fresh cup and steamed cream on the side. Not enough taste. Really? He got a refund. I letthe barista know that I totally know what it's like to have a picky customer, because I used to be a barista. And I'm also apicky customer. I let her know that I appreciate her, and her willingness to do things well. Read more
