The drive through was down. Its 1 million degrees outside and one very rude gal was outside yelling at people that tried to pull... through. I had my 2 small babies asleep in the car. My older child wanted one cake pop so I asked if I could just pull up to thewindow and pay for a cake pop. She refused and said I would have to go inside. All fine and dandy but there was no need to be soincredibly rude. The brown haired gal needs a permanent vacation. She should find a different job that doesn't involve customerservice. I would recommend the dillons Starbucks before this place. Terrible terrible customer service. Read more

My husband's coffee wasn't hit. They gladly made anew batch. Still not hot enough for him. I suggested steamed cream instead of... adding cold. They gladly served up a fresh cup and steamed cream on the side. Not enough taste. Really? He got a refund. I letthe barista know that I totally know what it's like to have a picky customer, because I used to be a barista. And I'm also apicky customer. I let her know that I appreciate her, and her willingness to do things well. Read more
