We are staying at a hotel nearby and walked in today for dinner. Unfortunately, we were sat at a table close to the door and the... wind kept blowing in. It wasn?t a big deal and we ordered our food. When it came out, it looked great. Service was a littleslow, but the server was young and trying his best. The chicken fried chicken had a good taste, but the chicken looked likebanquet TV dinner chicken. The mashed were cold and the fries were flavorless. My partner ate most of the lobster, but nothingelse. It was flavorless and the rice wasn?t good at all. In all, it was $60+ and most of it was wasted. To make matters worse,I was sick before even finishing my meal. I tried to go to the bathroom but there was only one stall and someone else wasfeeling how I was. I had to run to my hotel where I got sick. Can?t recommend here by any means. Read more
Was excited to get the sweet potato mash, was very disappointed. It came with a small sprinkle of a granola type thing on top.... No cinnamon, no sugar. It was VERY bland. Got the side salad, it was tiny- and had hardly any lettuce! My steak was fine, but itdidnt get cooked correctly and i had to send it back. The service was great. Unsuspecting restaurant with high quality service, food and appropriate prices. We visited on a Friday evening an hour prior to... closing. Our table ordered 10oz sirloin, Chicken fried chicken and beef tips. Meals are served with a side and a salad, I highlysuggest raspberry sunflower vinaigrette. The steak was perfectly cooked, medium, the sweet potato mash was served with a brownsugar crumble, don't miss out! They do have market prices for some cuts of meat, it is posted on the door, you can't miss it. Read more
No one in the party got steak so keep that in mind. After careful consideration I believe the value and quality of the food were... just enough to earn a five star. The rolls, soup, and salad were a solid start to the meal. The entrees were filling and hadgood flavor but did not stand out in any way. That said, each entree was only about $14 so I really am not sure where you caneat this much above average food at that price. Read more
We shared a meatloaf meal with onion soup and salad. Many items were too expensive to consider and the restaurant was out of... many sides, rice eta. The plus is when you state you are sharing a meal, it arrives to your table on two separate dishes. Meatloaf was tender but mashed potatoes were no more than powdered spuds with gravy. Driving a truck I get lucky sometimes and find a nice little restaurant. The food was really good. But the wine, I was not... expecting to find a really great French red. It should be aired longer than I did. But just opened it was great. Thewaitresses were great also. Definitely a place to return too. Read more
Honestly, I was dissatisfied with the cuisine ????????, the staff were friendly????????. Firstly, it was not clear to me why... they brought me a menu with the wrong prices. And most importantly, the steak is $ 35, it was cooked as if steamed, only thetaste of pepper was felt. The potato tasted like old sunflower oil. Read more
Very friendly service. Generous serving of wine. Food was really good. I ordered Chicken Alfredo and got mac and cheese as my... side. Mac and cheese was smokey flavored, different but all right. Would recommend this restaurant. Read more
