I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. Food is great and always friendly service. I just drove an hour to get the Superdish.
Wow, the saltiest kabob I ever ate in my life. It was so salty that it made my lips wrinkled and pieces were burnt black. I... had to take off a third of each pieces since I didn?t want to eat crunchy black charcoal. When restaurants make their food toosalty or sweet, you can?t taste anything and it?s red flag for bad food. Will not be coming back since there are other kabobplaces around the area. Read more
Ordered a take out and got a stale, tough, rubbery naan bread and tough, chewy, dry and some part of meat are cold to the touch!... If you've had an old, left over tough meat... this perfectly explains it! Just because its take out order they gave us old, leftover meat and heated it up on the grill hoping to fix it but made the meat even more dry and hard as a rock! called and let themanagement know and guy who assisted us hang up on me. Awful customer service and obviously they get it alot and handle it byhanging up on customer who call them up! Never coming back and waste time and money! Unprofessional and lousy business. I made a large and expensive order from Kkabob for at least 9 people. This store took advantage of me and had the worst service... I?ve experienced. They only gave me portions for 3 guests despite my request and large payment. Once I called them to kindly andpolitely address the issue and see if there?s any way they could help out, the man on the phone completely disrespected anddisregarded my concerns. I kept my calm and stayed collected because I never choose to be rude to anyone since it goes againstmy personal ethics. As I tried to explain what the issue is, he blew up on me and hung up. It was worse than dealing with achild having a temper tantrum (and I?ve worked with children). This is extremely unfortunate and unfair. Protect yourself fromthis business because chances are you?ll get scammed. I live in Haymarket and have a large community, and I?m making sure toprovide this information to everyone I know.
