Love the sandwiches here, but the service is so bad. You need a minimum of two service crews--one for the online orders and one... for the walk ins and each crew helps the other as needed. Walked in today around 7:35, none of the employees said a word to me. No, "Hello, I'll be with you in a moment." Nothing. I... waited for 5 minutes to place an order and they said nothing. Never coming here again. I suggest you all do the same. Read more
Don't bother using online ordering - you will arrive to the shop to find that your order isn't ready, and will have to wait for... an entire line of people to clear - even folks that showed up after you. You would do better to just stand in line as soon asyou get there. That's if the employees bother to acknowledge your existence at all as you stand at the takeout counterwondering why your stuff isn't ready. Read more

We generally prefer Jersey Mikes subs to most other places because they give more meat and they slice it fresh. That being... said, the staff at this Jersey Mikes is apathetic at best - no greetings, no smiles and after repeating our order three timesthey STILL got it wrong. Seriously, how hard is it to do ?no cheese??! The sandwiches are delicious, but they really need towork on customer service. Read more

A nice change. Kinda of friendly staff. Like one guy was really friendly and the others, not so much. Decent menu. My chicken... philly wrap was all that pretty but tasted alright. I may go back, but will think twice. Read more
Unfortunately, took 30 minutes for them to even take our order. Moving very slow and I think all customers were very patient... however, it seemed very unprofessional of all workers to be doing something else when people are waiting. They kept walking awaywhile making subs?checked out and my sub was sitting there, had to remind them to give me my sub. Read more
