Love the sandwiches here, but the service is so bad. You need a minimum of two service crews--one for the online orders and one... for the walk ins and each crew helps the other as needed. There's a lack of communication and organization, which makes the30-miinute wait for a basic sandwich really frustrating. Read more

Don't bother using online ordering - you will arrive to the shop to find that your order isn't ready, and will have to wait for... an entire line of people to clear - even folks that showed up after you. You would do better to just stand in line as soon asyou get there. That's if the employees bother to acknowledge your existence at all as you stand at the takeout counterwondering why your stuff isn't ready. Read more
