I don't like to give bad reviews but this place had the worst service when I went. The woman at the counter had headphones in... and was watching Netflix on her phone. When I walked up to the counter to order she didn't even notice me. I stood there for awhole minute before she looked up from her phone and noticed I was there. When she took my order she wasn't friendly and lefther headphones in the whole time. As I was swiping my card to pay she went straight back to watching Netflix. As someone who hasworked in fast food before I understand what it is like to be bored at work but if a customer is standing right in front of youand ready to order and you are too busy watching your show to notice and then don't even attempt to apologize then that is justreally poor service. A guy who was cooking in the back saw me standing there too and didn't bother to tell her. The fries werealso bad. Hopefully they have better management now but I won't be back. Read more
Cheap food for a good price. The fries are awesome and this place is very generous with their portion sizes. The burgers and... sandwiches are reasonably priced. This place is really good for a quick bite. The ice cream and smoothies are really good too.Great Burger place to visit in Haymarket. Read more
While still having delicious food, the speed of set ice is hit or miss. The speakers are also difficult to understand especially... if the server has a strong accent. The fries are still amazing though! Read more
Pay attention to the food preparation. There appears to be one worker, and he didn't use fresh gloves when changing between... food preparation and cashier duty. He kept one glove on the whole time... Handling the food and everything else. Please usefresh gloves! Read more
