I used to love this place. Customer Service has gone downhill at this location imo. I gave them a chance to rectify a cold cup... of coffee that they charge me five dollars for which isn?t even what I came in there to order but since their steamer was down,I settled on the coffee that they assured me would be warm when they gave it to me. It too, was freezing cold. I asked them toheat it up and they said that they had no way of doing that, so instead of issuing/ offering me a refund or alternative theyjust said sorry about that. The employees seem very indifferent about handling issues or questions from customers. Severaltimes I have not been able to get my rewards points at drive thru because the employees either don?t know how to or don?t wantto go into the system to put my phone number in. Lately the wellness bar has not been the same. Drinks aren?t tasting like anything and service is extremely slow. Luckily today... the service was quick but that?s because they did not have to make anything. However, if I?m paying $5 for a quinoa bowl- makeit worth it. What the hell is this?! Read more

Fast service!!! I love all three wellness bars, but this location seems to be the fastest with good quality customer service and... product. Followup: A year since initial review this location is consistent, fast, great customer service! Worth the drive ! Read more

Expected more from the price. Acai bowl was good, my kids' smoothies were good. I got the gorgeous glow smoothie and it tasted... like.... Nothing? It was strange. Like the flavors cancelled each other out. We also didn't hear our name called and had to gocheck the counter. I'd might come back but I'd try something different. Read more

Have to say, not a fan. IMO the few times I've grabbed something from the Wellness Bar I haven't been thrilled or satisfied. The... prices reflect a sense of quality that I just do not see, taste, or feel. When I eat something good and healthy, I feel great. Ijust don?t feel good after eating here. I've also been snapped at by employees (yes more than once) and was overcharged and madeto feel stupid when I wanted my $4 I was overcharged returned. I applaud the effort but think this place is too focused onprofit and not quality or the customer. Read more

I have gone here for several years, and with the last 6 to 8 months things have changed quite dramatically. The acai bowls have... all reduced in size while still charging the sakme amount. I don't normally write reviews but I feel cheated one to many times.I would like to give my business, but I am tired of receiving half an order. Read more

Sooooo good! FRESH and huge portion acai bowls. Friendly service. Drive through line can be a bit of a wait but it's absolutely... worth it. Or you can order ahead from their website. Read more

Great stop for a healthy snack! So many delicious menu items to choose from, including fresh pressed juice, smoothies, gourmet... topped waffles and toast. I stopped in for a quick bite but ended up hanging out for a few hours, using the Wi-Fi, and enjoyinglunches as well. Thank you Monica! Read more
